Common questions

Can I really keep my exact number?+

Yes — we port your number from your current provider. It usually takes 5–10 working days and your line keeps ringing as normal until the switch completes.

What if my number isn't eligible?+

Geographic UK landline numbers (01/02) are almost always portable. Non-geographic (03) and some numbers tied to services may not be. We'll confirm before the port begins.

What area codes are available?+

We have coverage across all UK geographic codes. Choose any area — you don't have to be based there. Your number will be confirmed in your welcome email within 2 hours.
