Referral Scheme Terms

Last updated 2 September 2026 · The "Refer a friend" scheme

These terms govern the Virtual Voice "Refer a friend" scheme, operated by Cyber Fits Solutions Limited ("we", "us", "Virtual Voice"). They apply in addition to our Terms of Service. By taking part you accept these terms.

1. Who can take part

Any current Virtual Voice or Virtual Voice Office customer with an active account can refer friends using their unique referral code or link, found in the customer portal under Refer a friend. The person being referred (the "new customer") must be a genuinely new customer who has not previously held an account with us.

2. The reward

When a referral qualifies (see section 3), we apply account credit to both parties: £15 to the referring customer and £10 to the new customer. Credit is applied automatically to each account and comes off future invoices.

3. Qualifying conditions

A referral qualifies only when all of the following are met:

Rewards are normally applied within a few days of the referral qualifying.

4. About the credit

5. Fair use and abuse

You must not refer yourself, create accounts on behalf of others, or take part in any way that is fraudulent, misleading or designed to game the scheme. We may withhold, reverse or cancel any reward, and suspend participation, where we reasonably believe the scheme is being abused or these terms have been breached. Self-referrals (for example, sign-ups sharing your own contact or payment details) will not qualify.

6. Changes to the scheme

We may change the reward amounts, the qualifying conditions, or withdraw the scheme entirely, at any time. Any change will not affect rewards already earned. The current terms are always the ones shown on this page.

7. Tax

You are responsible for any tax that may arise from a reward you receive. For most customers, account credit of this kind has no tax implications, but if you are in any doubt you should seek your own advice.

8. Contact

Questions about the scheme? Email support@virtualvoice.uk. You can track your referrals and credit any time in your portal under Refer a friend.
