How it works

Four simple steps

Share your link

Find your personal referral link in your Virtual Voice portal, under Refer a friend, and send it to someone who'd like a proper home phone.

Step 2

Your friend signs up

They join on any eligible plan using your link. There's nothing for them to type in, and no limit on how many friends you can refer.

Step 3

They settle in

Once they've been a happy, active customer for three months, the referral qualifies. No forms, no chasing.

Step 4

You both get credit

We add £15 credit to your account and £10 to theirs, automatically. It comes straight off your next bills.

The details

Eligible plans are VoIP 250, VoIP Unlimited, Office Pro and Office team packages. Rewards are given as account credit and applied automatically, so there's nothing to claim.
