Pricing FAQs

Is there a contract?+

No long-term commitment. Plans are rolling monthly, so you pay monthly and cancel any time, or choose annual billing and save 10%. All plans include a 30-day refund guarantee.

How much do I save by paying annually?+

Annual billing takes 10% off. That's £7.20/yr on VoIP Extension, £10.80/yr on VoIP 250 and £14.40/yr on VoIP Unlimited.

Can I keep my existing number?+

Yes. We port your current landline number across for a one-off £19.99 inc VAT. It usually takes 5–10 working days and you keep ringing as normal until it switches.

Do I need any special equipment?+

No hardware and no engineer visit. You just install the app on the devices you already own: phone, tablet, PC or Mac.

What about calling 999?+

Emergency calls work as normal. We collect an emergency address for your number so the emergency services can find you if you call 999.

What counts as inclusive minutes?+

VoIP Extension is a receive-only plan with no outgoing minutes. VoIP 250 gives 250 outgoing minutes to UK landlines and mobiles each month; VoIP Unlimited is unrestricted. International calls are always charged per minute.
